Debra L. Weiss has focused her practice on employment counseling and litigation, where she regularly assists businesses with all aspects of employment matters. Her experience lies in working with employers to navigate the complicated and often-technical myriad of state, federal and local statutes and laws impacting employment decisions from the hiring process, to performance evaluations, discipline, and separation, as well as litigation arising from all of those stages. She also counsels companies and individuals on noncompete, non-solicitation, employment agreement, and trade secret matters, among other issues.
